Automatic Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
The fully automatic water filling machine adopts a bottle neck clamping  design for the entire machine, which ensures the stability and reliability of the bottles during high-speed operation. At the same time, it significantly reduces the number of change parts, making it more convenient and faster to change bottle types.

The filling machine adopts the new generation of stainless steel flip-type bottle clamps, which ensures that the clamps do not come into contact with the part above the bottle neck thread. It is also equipped with a spray head to thoroughly rinse the inner wall of the bottle without any dead corners.

It adopts the advanced gravity filling principle, ensuring fast, stable and accurate filling.

It adopts a magnetic torque type capping head to achieve the functions of grasping and capping. The capping torque can be adjusted steplessly, ensuring a tight and reliable seal without damaging the cap.

The fully automatic water filling machine adopts a human-machine interface touch screen button and PLC computer control. It is equipped with a cap shortage and overload protection alarm device, which can promptly detect and eliminate faults. The production automation level is high.

OPP Labeling Machine

Rotary type hot melt glue labeling machine is with automatic cutting and sticking circle or half circle for plastic bottles. Auto melting and attaching glue on top and rear of the label, glue auto recycling.

Variable speed control system, synchronous automatic detection system, automatic adjust production speed, Always make the labeling machine at best production speed.

Star Wheel separation and feeding, correlation design transmission mode high-speed labeling, stable precision.

Servo motor synchronous tracking, with special designed vacuum drum adsorption, labeling precise and stable.

The Opp labeling machine has safety device, while in abnormal situation, it’s automatic stop immediately.
Following conditions the machine will automatically stop and alarm:
(1) Label is not labeled on bottles
Label sticker failure

Label is about to run out

Abnormal bottle feeding
(2)Abnormal bottle out
(3)Abnormal bottle jam

The whole machine centralized lubrication system, easy to clean, lubrication and maintenance.
Techmach electronic automatic rectify guide system, digital electronic eye for ultrasound method. Non-contact electric eye, automatically adjust the label location. (optional).
Label top and end difference within 1mm with techmach.

Automatic Wrap Packing Shrinking Machine
Specially designed for wrap packaging of beer, fruit juice, mineral water, dairy，condiment,  all sorts of drinks and beverages with or without bottom support.

Unique film layoff mechanism and constant tension film conveyor are adopted, featuring instantaneous film cutting, automatic film connecting and wrapping and higher strength after shrinking packing.

Equipped servo motor control system, bottle-feeding, film feeding, film cutting and film wrapping are accurate, synchronous, stable and reliable.

LCD touch-screen panel has a user-friendly interface and it is rapid for parameter setting and convenient for human-machine communication, operation and control.

Shrink tunnel uses unique air circulation system，smooth conveyor belts, providing long lasting service.
